Key Responsibilities:

1. Private Domain Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a private domain user growth strategy, leading marketing initiatives from 0 to 1, and increasing the brand's influence in the private domain.
2. Multi-Platform Operations: Manage and optimize user engagement and interaction across various private domain platforms and social media (TikTok, Instagram, WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.), improving user retention and activity.
3. Content Planning and Execution: Create high-quality content, including photos, videos, and marketing visuals, to boost user engagement and conversion rates.
4. Campaign Planning and Management: Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns based on industry trends to achieve both brand exposure and sales conversion targets.
5. Data Analysis and Optimization: Use data-driven analysis to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies, continuously improving the lifetime value of private domain users.

Job Requirements:

2. Social Media Operations: Familiar with major English and Chinese social media platforms and their operational techniques, with the ability to develop and implement effective user growth strategies.
3. Creative Skills: Strong content creation abilities, skilled in producing visually appealing content such as images and short videos, and proficient in using relevant design and editing tools.
4. Data Analysis Skills: Ability to develop and adjust operational strategies based on data analysis to optimize user experience and growth pathways.
5. Self-Starter: Capable of independently driving projects from concept to execution, able to work under pressure.
