Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain an effective and efficient document system
- Ensure document quality to include completeness and accuracy with established procedures and updates
- Maintain documentation register for incoming and outgoing project documents
- Ensure all hard and electronic copy filing of controlled documents are filed and archived
- Provide administrative supports to Procurement Department
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Meticulous, independent and a good team player
- Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
