Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise and implement the programme for the class in accordance with centre’s policies and framework
- Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child
- Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning
- Work closely with the other teaching staff in the class in carrying out the duties
- Build and maintain close partnership with parents
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
- Preferably have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a preschool environment
- Obtained valid teaching certification (E.g. L2 & L1) from ECDA
- Proficient in MS Office (E.g. Word, Excel and PPT)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, Project Group Classes Management skills
- Open to new ideas and feedback, comfortable with learning and using new technologies and good energy level
- Able to work well independently as well as within a team
