Job scope
· M&E operation in the building facilities management
· Manpower supervision for internal team member and external contractor
· Negotiate with external contractor for pricing
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Facilities Management or its equivalent
- Technical skill in building M&E equipment
- Able to lead in house technical team and supervise external vendor
- able to manage relationship with client who are either buidling owner or data center owner
