Cybersecurity Manager
Responsibilities:
- Establish security policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards (eg. CCoP, IM8, ISO27001, NIST, IEC 62443)
- Oversee incident response, investigate breaches, and lead post-incident analysis
- Manage the design and deployment of security solutions (firewall, IDS/IPS, SIEM)
- Ensure security integration across sftware and infrastructure development
- Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee third-party vendor security assessment
- Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends and continuously enhance security infrastructure
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Security or related fields
- Certification in CISSP, CISM preferred
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in a project management
- Expertise in network security, encryption, and security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall)
- Familiar with security frameworks and secure software development
- Experience in managing large-scale OT/CII security projects and familiarity with emerging technologies like PAM, MFA, and zero trust architecture
