Responsibilities:
· Prepare media schedules and quotations
· Set up, manage and monitor digital ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc
· Prepare interim and post campaign reports
· Manage media administrative duties that include compiling monthly reports, issuing copy instructions, preparing documents required for billings
· Monitor media booking deadlines, and ensure that material deadlines are clearly communicated and followed through with the client/servicing team
· Coordinate with media owners/vendors for copy vetting and artwork submission
· Compile proof of delivery for all the advertisements placed
· Carry out simple media research
· Follow up on other related duties assigned
Requirements:
· Possess a Diploma or Degree
· Working experience in a media agency strongly preferred
· Experience in digital ad set-ups would be an advantage
· Sound knowledge in Digital, Social Media, Content and Influencer Marketing
· Enthusiastic and proactive learner
· A good team player but also able to work independently often to tight deadlines
· Meticulous, responsive, responsible, and possess a strong sense of initiative
· Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided
