Overview
The candidate will be primarily responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of Salesforce platform. The staff shall work closely with the project and technical teams, business users and other stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain & enhance components in Marketing Cloud (Engagement, Personalization) and Education Cloud.
- Prepare technical documents.
- Adhere to SDLC process laid out by NUS IT.
- Ensure deliverables complies with NUS policies.
- Perform bug and security fixes.
- Perform system testing (Unit Test, System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test).
- Assist with load testing.
- Provide production support on issues reported by users.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and system maintenance support.
- Experience working on Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Proficient in APEX, LWC, Flow, jQuery, HTML5, CSS and Web Services (SOAP, RESTful).
- Good communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with technical team and users.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Having good coding habits is a plus.
- Able to both work independently with minimum supervision and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Experience in Higher Education industry, especially student administrative systems, will be a plus.
