Job Description & Requirements
· Daily checking and supervision of cleaners’ duties and responsibilities.
- Assist in recruitment of new staff to start up and maintain contracts if necessary.
- Orientates, train and instruct new and existing staff to ensure that proper procedures and methods are adopted.
- Conduct regular inspections of the mall to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- To ensure those clients complaints and/or requests are attended to the best of your ability.
- Ensure adequate supply of chemicals, stocks and equipment for the smooth maintenance of the company’s contracts.
- Ensure that assigned tools, equipment and other material belonging to the company are maintained and kept in good working condition.
- Perform any administrative work related to assigned jobs. (E.g. maintaining records of cleaner’s attendance and progress of work).
- Work closely with Project Manager & Operations Manager to achieve the planned profits.
- Address any issues or complaints from mall management or tenants promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience in housekeeping / facilities
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel)
- Able to interact with people and a good team player
- Field of study degree any specialisation preferred
