- Overall brand direction and strategies.
- Ensure long term brand alignment with goals.
- Work with Marketing Head to manage content and collaterals for the brands.
- Research on marketing trends/developing trends in terms of customers' behaviour and public perception.
- Maintain Company’s public image through implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management with at least 8 years of experience in Operations and at least 5 years in managerial position, or an equivalent combination of related experience and formal education.
