Logistics Manager Responsibilities:

- Direct and optimize order cycle: Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.

- Arrange warehouse: Catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
- Resolve problems or complaints.
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce.
- Meet targets: Cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data for performance improvements.
- Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.

- Successful record in distribution and logistics management.
