The Customer Service Officer (Supermarket Team) is responsible for achieving sales order and delivering service excellence. He/she has to communicate and engage with customers on a daily basis. In order to drive seamless customer experience across channels, he/she handles order fulfilment processes and involve in continuous service improvement.
Job Description:
1) Sell and provide advice on products and services via phone call
2) Process and issue sales transactions
3) Tabulate and consolidate sales' payments
4) Interact with customers daily
5) Follow SOPs for order fulfilment process
Pre-requisites:
1) Able to commit to 6-days work-week
2) Basic spoken and written Chinese and English language
3) Basic knowledge in Excel and computing skills
