A Construction Company is seeking for a self-motivated & independent individual to join us.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the work is carried out safely, meeting the schedule, budget and quality requirements
- To manage and allocate manpower and resources required for the works
- To provide technical input for the preparation of work plans, schedules and work methodologies
- To closely liaise with the Client, Consultants, designers and other stakeholders
- To supervise and direct the work of project staff, sub-contractors and vendors
- To prepare technical write ups and reports as required
- To provide regular performance status reports on progress of works, cost forecast and safety status
- Assist project manager in daily task
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/ Structure Engineering
- Registered Engineer (RE) in BCA,PEB will be ad added advantage
- Additional qualication: Advanced Certificate in Construction Productivity (ACCP) or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP)
- 3 years working experience in building construction
