Job Responsibilities
- Carry out daily routine check & preventive maintenance within the contract area;
- Attend to breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency request;
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for all related M&E equipment in a timely and cost effective manner (Electrical Systems/ HVAC Systems/ Plumbing);
- Carry out testing and commissioning of electrical systems/components;
- To liaise with site leader/site supervisor/clients/contractors for M&E works;
- Supervise other maintenance works executed by vendors/contractors;
- Inspect and collect data and evaluate potential hazards of the work place to ensure safety regulations are in place;
- To liaise with site leader/ site supervisor/ clients/ contractors for M&E works;
- Performs all works in accordance with established safety procedures;
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
- NITEC in Mechanical and Electrical will be in advantage;
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for the position;
- Proactive, independent and able to work with minimum supervision;
- Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage;
- Speak with Clients and Supervisor, ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
