Job Scope:
We are seeking a TikTok Shop Live Host who is fluent in English and Malay, and skilled in hosting engaging live sessions that drive sales. This role involves cooking demonstrations, interacting with the audience, and managing the live session setup independently.
Responsibilities:
1. Live Hosting:
- Confidently host live sessions for up to 4-6 hours with breaks, creating an engaging and fun atmosphere.
- Demonstrate cooking skills during live sessions, incorporating products into cooking demos to showcase their utility.
- Conduct live sessions independently, without requiring administrative assistance.
2. Pre-Live Preparation & Post-Live Clean-Up:
- Organize products, prepare the cooking setup, and ensure all materials are ready before each live session.
- Clean up the workspace and equipment after the session.
3. TikTok Shop Management:
- Manage the TikTok Seller Centre, including product listings, promotions, and pinning products during the live sessions independently.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as updating product info and handling orders.
4. Engagement & Selling:
- Maintain a positive, engaging presence to connect with the audience and drive product sales.
- Respond to comments and inquiries in real-time to maximize engagement.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Malay.
- Confident and charismatic on camera with strong sales skills.
- Able to cook and perform live cooking demonstrations.
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop and experience managing the TikTok Seller Centre is a bonus.
- Ability to manage live sessions and tasks independently.
Working Hours:
- Sun: 10.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m. (4 hours)
- Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri & Sat: 10.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. (6hours/day)
- 34-35 hours in week.
Location: East, This position does not offer remote or hybrid work arrangements.
