The Hospitality Operations Executive is a versatile and adaptable individual who plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across various operation departments within our organization. You will be trained to work in Rooms Division and F&B Division.
Responsibilities:
- Actively rotate and support different operational departments as needed.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training programs.
- Provide excellent customer service in all assigned areas.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
