Technical Lead/Senior Software Engineer
Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Lead/Senior Software Engineer to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Software Engineers, fostering growth and development. Hands-on in full stack software development.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, focusing on automation and integration within applications.
- Oversee the development and deployment of applications, ensuring they meet functional, security, and scalability needs.
- Provide strategic direction for system architecture, ensuring efficient integration of new technologies.
- Collaborate with business units to develop and implement custom automation tools across applications.
- Establish lifecycle management processes for systems, ensuring timely upgrades and smooth transitions.
- Promote operational excellence by implementing best practices, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and security in application management.
- Continuously assess and introduce improvements to the digital application landscape.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for senior management on digital solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with prior hands-on experience in full stack development using Microsoft .net technologies.
- Proficient in .net/C#, ASP .Net, Azure DevOps, MSSQL, Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, experience in Flutter will be a good plus point.
- Proven leadership and project management skills, with experience delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team environment.
