Job Description
- Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote our Company services with clear service knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
- Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities
- Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
- Update customer information in the database
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management
- Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the beauty & wellness industry preferred
- Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
- Confident communicator with good verbal skills
- Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customers
- Persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets
- Sales-driven and possess a can-do attitude
