Job Description
-Preparing and presenting regional reports for senior management
-Reviewing the key performance indicators of their region
-Negotiating contracts with vendors and manufacturers
-Attend fair/trade shows for product showcase and new product identification
-Tender for local and regional projects
-Developing business opportunities, marketing and advertising strategies
-Good understanding of regional export and import procedures
-Managing and leading group of regional sales executives and constantly keep track of their KPIs
-Oversee and take responsibility of regional quality control and performance management
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in related trades or equivalent or proven experience in related trades
- Proven work experience is preferred, training is provided
- Full-Time position
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated and strong drive for success
- Able to travel for work
