Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce and Live Streaming Specialist to support our live streaming initiatives and enhance our e-commerce offerings. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital commerce, skilled in logistics, and excel at engaging with audiences in a lively and interactive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage live streaming content for various products, ensuring alignment with brand strategies.
- Collaborate with merchants to create engaging promotional campaigns and drive product visibility.
- Analyze audience engagement metrics to optimize live streaming sessions and improve viewer experience.
- Assist in managing the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Oversee logistics and order fulfillment processes, coordinating with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Evaluate product quality and performance, providing feedback for improvements and enhancements.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records of inventory, orders, and customer interactions.
- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
- Provide real-time support during live streaming events to ensure smooth execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, live streaming, or logistics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and e-commerce dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for engaging audiences.
- Familiarity with live streaming tools and software (e.g., OBS Studio, Zoom, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in logistics and order fulfillment processes is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
