Experience in handling multiple staffs for different locations
Sourcing for own pool of casual labours an advantage
normal office Computer /software skill

Identify areas for process optimization and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Lead and motivate operational teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Reports directly to Director
