Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper coordination of all variables in the assigned projects
- Plan, manage, coordinate and execute retail and commercial projects
- Attend site meetings and inspections
- Co-ordinate with related parties on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship
- Supervise projects to ensure smooth operations
- Report to management team/clients on project status
- Oversee project progress and prepare weekly report
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirement:
- At least 2 years' experience in project management (General Contractor field)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess driving license
- General reading and writing in Chinese and English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
