Roles and Responsibilities:
Main Job Scope:
Client Engagement and Relationship Management
- Effectively manage inquiries by understanding client needs, providing comprehensive information about products or services, and guiding potential clients through the sales funnel to ensure successful conversions and closures.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction through tailored solutions.
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients, offering advisory support beyond transactions, and identifying opportunities for value addition.
- Focus on retaining clients by identifying upselling opportunities, ensuring seamless support, gathering feedback for improvement, and enhancing service quality based on client input.
Sales Generation and Revenue Growth
- Drive sales activities, including lead generation, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by converting leads into profitable business deals.
Secondary Job Scope:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop effective business strategies aligned with market insights to drive company growth.
Partnership Development and Networking
- Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with industry stakeholders.
- Expand the company's network by engaging with contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Strategic Planning and Reporting
- Contribute to the development of strategic business plans in alignment with growth objectives.
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- Preferred, Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or other disciplines relevant to M&E OR Degree in Business
- Strong communication (mainly fluent in english), negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and sales-related tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience as a Business Development Executive will be favoured.
- Candidates with proficiency in CRM software will be favoured.
