• Location: Labrador Park
• Working hours: 08:30 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
• Salary: Up to $6,000 (depending on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualisation and design of facades, preparation of drawings and structural calculations
- Delivery of technical presentations
- Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, façade contractors, suppliers and other project team members
- Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of constructors
- Preparation of technical submissions, proposals, and documentation
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- 3-5 Years of experience in façade design, engineering and construction and project management
- Proficient in CAD software to create designs and solve technical issues
- Strong and diverse technical background with effective presentation skills
- Well-versed in construction trends, international design standards and building regulations
- Possess a wide network of building professionals and property developers
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team
