Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Develop and design electrical and electronic systems and components, including power systems, circuits, and controllers, in line with project requirements.
- Testing and Analysis: Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis on electrical systems to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and test reports, to ensure designs are well-documented and easily understood.
- Research and Development: Keep up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in electrical and electronic engineering to improve existing products or develop innovative solutions.
- Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all designs and products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to other departments, such as manufacturing, installation, and maintenance teams, as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or other disciplines relevant to M&E.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Lots of initiative and excellent organizational skills.
- Must possess integrity and drive.
- Ability to withstand emotional distress and work pressure.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills- to deal with customers and external contacts.
