Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have robust OSS/BSS experience, particularly with order provisioning and fulfillment, strong technical and integration skills, and the ability to act as an effective liaison between business and technical teams.
- Additionally, they should be adaptable and proactive in learning new areas and communicating across departments.
- Expertise in Solution Architecture is required, along with proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Solution Planning Costing & Pricing, and other relevant skills.
- Salesforce or Cloudsense techno functional knowledge - about 2 years experience
- 2+ years of experience as Solutions Architect in BSS and/or Integration domain
- Functional knowledge about Telco Order Management Systems capabilities and CPQ capabilities.
- Experience of leasing with CSP's E2E SA and Domain SA
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using your in-depth knowledge of Solution Architecture.
- You will collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.
- In this role, you are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.
- You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop innovative and differentiated solutions that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions
- Provide expertise and guidance in Solution Architecture
- Contribute to key decisions and problem-solving across multiple teams
