1. Deliver customer service over the telephone on Housing loan, car loan and auto loan on their services enquiries.
2. Review customer existing home loan package and advice accordingly on the various option available
3. To protect home loan portfolio by managing customer expectation on loan repricing package offered
4. To respond and follow up on customers’ request
5. Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction and proactive calling.
6. Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
