- Carry out jobs postings and perform phone screen candidates
- Schedule shortlisted candidates for interviews
- Monitor and track progress of shortlisted candidates during the recruitment process
- Arrange for pre-recruitment medical checkup and other formalities
- Prepare employment contracts and other related documentation
- General administrative duties including updating hr systems
Requirements:
- Possess at least NITEC qualifications
- At least 1 year relevant work experience in a resourcing function, in particular the end-to-end recruitment process.
