Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including utensils, equipment, and work areas.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner, meeting restaurant quality standards.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage, handling, and cooking of ingredients.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
• Assist with inventory checks and notify the Head Chef when stock levels are low.
• Perform basic cleaning duties, such as dishwashing and sanitising food prep stations.
• Follow all restaurant policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of customers and staff.
