We’re searching for a ISEP Senior Engineer to be part of our Facilities Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to provide support pertaining to Environmental, Health and Safety to wafer fabrication for the company
What you will be working on:
- Familiar with WSH Act, Fire Safety Act and ISO 45001, ISO14001, SS651 so as to ensure compliance to these requirements, including Statutory Equipment & Licenses.
- Ensure that the EHS Management Systems are implemented, maintained, and compliant with all applicable local legislation.
- Ensure safety case implementation and mitigative measures for Safety-Critical Events (SCE) in Major Hazard Industries (MHI).
- Develop, maintain, and periodically test emergency response plans, conduct CERT audits, and lead emergency drills including training, maintain procedure and implement all the requirement.
- Compliance with regulatory and permit/ licenses requirements, through Monitoring & Measurement and standard, work to ensure proper management and accurate reporting.
- Implement of EHS programs to improve awareness and performance towards established goals actively.
- Manage EHS incidents and non-conformance investigations, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are tracked and closed.
- Schedule and coordinate EHS related meeting, inspection and audit (External / Internal)
- Manage, schedule and coordinate EHS trainings including training and revision of training materials.
- Manage EHS reports, EHS bulletin/Alerts Manage and other communications
- Revise and write EHS procedures and work instructions.
- Manage work permit system and contractors management.
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager
More about you:
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor in Science or Engineering in Environmental, Chemical or equivalent
- Familiar with local regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health, and all other aspects of safety.
- Strong understanding of chemical safety regulations, ISO45001, ISO14001 and SS651
- Certificates in EHS Internal Auditing (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SS651) will be significantly advantageous
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer and Fire Safety Manager
