Responsibilities:
- Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project and resolve drawings discrepancy.
- Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.
- Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.
- Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues.
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- To assist Project Manager to develop project requirements, specifications and tender clarifications.
- To attend to construction site coordination works and meeting.
- Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site.
- Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works.
- To liaise with RTO for inspection and resolve and monitor rectifications.
- Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress.
- Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors; conduct routine inspection of installed works.
- Other ad-hoc job assigned by Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Construction.
- Good sense of structural and architectural design.
- Good track records & working experience with MNC / A1 / A2 main contractors preferred.
- Experience in handling HDB BTO project is referred.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-tasks.
- Able to work independently without supervision.
- Able to work 5.5working days per week at HDB Construction site.
