Our Client is a luxury fashion brand that originated in French. We seek a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (one year contract-renewable/convertible) to work with the SEA TA Manager to provide all rounded human resources function.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate/Retail Team of Singapore encompassing recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee life cycle, employee relations and any other HR related projects in achieving the success of the organization.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team across Singapore and Malaysia on new hire activities across various HR Systems
- Cascade information to line managers on new hire to entail on-boarding process
- Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure a seamless on-boarding process for new hires (Part Timers)
- Full ownership of interview coordination, offer admin and onboarding admin across Singapore and Malaysia
- Involved in Projects such as event organizing, campus engagement.
Job Requirements
- Fast learner, work independently, detail oriented and well organized
- Basic command of Microsoft applications
- Good communication skills, spoken & written, in English.
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
