Job Description:

  • Handling of documentations of incoming shipments, including new stock, checking of B/L (Bill of landing) & commercial invoice againts P/Os for incoming orders.
  • Data input of new items/stock into system including the allocation of goods.
  • Sorting of goods transfer or good return note (GRN) from outlets.
  • Data entry for inventory management
  • Prepares basic reporting through the use of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems to summarize department statistics.
  • Liaising with buyers & outlet supervisor on goods transactions/E-orders.
  • Generating of picking order (internal D/Os) for outlets and customer.
  • To participate in stock taking/Cycle count exercises when required.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time.
