- Responsibilties:
- Responsible for the sampling process
- Monitor and control the merchandising flow
- Working closely with suppliers/vendors to ensure-swift response and timely resolution of any issues
- Liaise with suppliers on shipment schedules, process shipping documents
- Create and manage purchase orders and invoices
- Manage all import and export matter
- Conduct market competition research and market price analysis
- Conduct factory inspections and ensure product quality when required
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Requirements:
- 1 year of merchandising and purchasing experience
- Dynamic, highly self-motivated, meticulous, working independently with minimum supervision
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in both written & spoken English and mandarin in order to liaise with mandarin speaking client
