Project Management, Execution and Delivery➢ Project management monitoring and client solution delivery➢ Development of a team of consultants and solution delivery analysts.➢ Tracking of Project Milestones, Providing status reports to the executive sponsor or other stakeholders as required➢ Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.➢ Working on client’s projects in Management Reporting and KPI Dashboarding➢ Participating in the full lifecycle of a project: from gathering and understanding the end-user needs, creating the functional design, architecting the solution, supervising the detailed technical design and implementation, to preparing and executing the functional and product tests before the handover➢ Providing consistent and clear communication between all project stakeholders, team members and client➢ Executing and reviewing assessment activities and maturity diagnostics on the analytics capability of a client (organization and processes, added-value analysis, application adequacy, IT capability)> Deliver Supply Chain Operation Project tasks depending on the nature of the Project> Delivery of Client outsourced operations to our Organisation➢ Participating in business development efforts to secure new projects with new and existing clients➢ Building and maintaining the client relationship➢ Assisting the sales department in creating proposals for prospects or existing client➢ Determining the approach to be used on a project➢ Leading Project review meetings➢ Facilitating daily stand-up meetings➢ Leading Process optimization and re-engineering➢ Must be able to drive change management efforts as required by the project➢ Preparing project communication plans
