Duration: 6 months contract (possibility of extension/ conversion)
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Location: Labrador Park
- Carry out job postings and perform phone screen candidates
- Schedule shortlisted candidates for interviews
- Monitor and track progress of shortlisted candidates during the recruitment process
- Arrange for pre-recruitment medical checkup and other formalities
- Prepare employment contracts and other related documentation
- General administrative duties including updating HR systems
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC qualifications with at least 1 year relevant work experience in a resourcing function, in particular the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proficient in MS Office and prior experience using Peoplesoft
