Job Description:
· Arrangement of expat & local staff welfare
· Maintenance of existing HR system (QuickHR)
· Support in implementation of new HR system (HRiQ)
· Government-paid leave submission
· MOM and other government surveys
· Preparation of employment-related letters
· Support in recreation arrangement
· Support in all HR & Administration matters
· Any other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
· Preferably Diploma holder
· Preferably 1-3 years of similar HR experience
· Would be advantageous to have payroll experience
· Preferably with experience using HR systems
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
