Learning Partnering:
- As a Learning Partner, to engage business leaders for the development of new capabilities competencies and skills, fostering a culture of learning and innovation for the job family.
- Design, develop and implement learning programmes, initiatives and processes that are aligned with organisational capability development and lifelong learning goals, as well as to address skill gaps in the workforce.
Programmes and Sponsorship Management
- Manage learning resources and budget associated with the job family. Explore untapped potential on learning reports and analytics.
- Maintain oversight of the L&D funding programmes and schemes. These include managing the budget and application processes, as well as measuring the deliverables and impact of the programmes and schemes. Manage funded schemes including Health Manpower Development Plan and Scholarship & Sponsorship, aligned to approved implementation approach. Be the officer in-charge of managing the sponsorship processes, claims and audit matters pertaining to the funded schemes.
- Stay abreast and take bold steps to explore and apply new learning and development practices, technology, tools and approaches.
- Lead and Implement culture change initiatives to reinforce Core Values, learning and Innovation.
