What you'll do:
As a VP Trade Support, you will play a crucial role in capturing trades accurately and resolving any discrepancies. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to use as you monitor trade lifecycle events and control trade processing exceptions. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with technology teams on the implementation of new processing platforms and system enhancements. Your role will extend beyond daily operations as you analyse new regulatory reform requirements alongside legal/compliance, IT and project teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate trade capture and checkout
- Resolve trade discrepancies by liaising with trading, sales and relevant teams
- Monitor and process trade lifecycle events
- Control, reconcile, and resolve trade processing exceptions
- Work with technology for implementation of new processing platforms and system enhancements
- Analyze new regulatory reform requirements and deploy new processes with legal/compliance, IT and project teams
- Provide back up support for other functional teams in Singapore Branch Operations

- University degree with 10-15 years of experience in an Operation role
- Experience with global investment bank, especially in Commodities or Fixed Income OTC
- High personal commitment and integrity
- Good understanding of products, business and operational knowledge
- Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively across functions/locations
- Detail oriented with strong risk awareness
