Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage renovation projects, leveraging qualified leads provided by the company.
- Provide expert advice on space planning and interior design, ensuring client needs and preferences are met.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on clients’ specific requirements and project scope.
- Oversee the entire renovation process, including project management, site supervision, and coordination of all renovation activities.
- Schedule and manage project timelines to ensure completion aligns with the client’s move-in date.
- Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and management team ensuring smooth project execution and resolving any on-site issues promptly.
- Regularly visit renovation sites to monitor progress and ensure quality control throughout the project duration.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly, whether by email or phone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- Proficiency in Photoshop & AutoCAD is preferred.
- Highly committed, driven, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Positive, vibrant personality with a creative mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Capable of overseeing projects from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless transition between phases.
- Meticulous, passionate, and an excellent communicator, with strong time management skills.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors.
