Your new company
Our client is a global MNC, an expert within testing and monitoring equipment. They have a strong presence globally and would like to further grow their business in Singapore over the next 12 months. They are seeking for an experience Business Development Manager to spearhead their clientele growth within the APAC region.

Your new role

Below are some of the key responsibilities for the role;

  • Work closely with the sales lead of Asia to develop the business in this region.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging existing industry relationships and forging new partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, assess competitor activities, and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new partnerships.
  • Provides input to specific objectives of the budget / sales plan with functional department.
  • Works close together with customer service, project management and technical team to bring projects to success.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate, should have;

  • 5-6 years of proven sales track record in testing and monitoring products, specifically within the medical devices/equipment industry.
  • Strong ability to understand customer processes and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Coordinate projects; complete projects on time and budget
