Main Purpose of Job:
This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of Marketing Experience and is looking to continue building their Marketing career. As an integral part of the Singapore marketing team, the incumbent will be required to work with all Practice members to assist in growing the Select business through marketing support
This is a marketing centric role that will suit a creative and commercially minded individual. As an integral part of the marketing team, candidates will be required to assist with all aspects of Marketing including – events, branding and communications, design, social media, lead generation and digital footprint. The ideal candidate will have previous events experience. The role is based in Singapore, however, will also include exposure to overseas markets including, but not limited to; Dubai, Hong-Kong, UK.
Key Responsibilities of the Job:
- Plan, promote and organise corporate events/webinars – produce and distribute event invitations, provide regular updates and follow-up approach to Partners
- Design of marketing assets including advertisements, editorials, event invitations – in line with the Select Investors Brand Guidelines.
- Post-event evaluation and reporting using CRM and generate reports in the evaluation of Marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Manage the stock management, production and delivery of Asia and local marketing materials and product literature by coordinating with external vendors.
- Responsible for invoicing, and expenses tracking and budget management
- Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and are compliant with regulations
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as vendors, partners, and clients
- General partner support where required, assisting in gifting deliveries, helping with partner events
Job Knowledge:
- Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on marketing experience hands-on experience in events (physical and virtual) management
- Have a flair for aesthetics and attentive to details
- Working knowledge of CRM systems ideal (eg. Salesforce)
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficient in basic design and video editing software required (InDesign, Photoshop etc)
- Knowledge of SEO, multimedia web design and content management would also be a definite advantage
