Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage new-hire paperwork and schedules, working with departments for seamless onboarding.
- Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, offboarding, orientations, and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies during local audits and statutory reviews.
- Provide support to employees on issues such as absences, health, conduct, grievances, and organizational changes.
- Backup for Singapore & Regional payroll processing by updating employee files, managing payments, and handling benefits.
- Aid in communicating and interpreting the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart.
- Keep the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart current, and help develop and refine HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder and above
- 4-5 years of generalist experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry will have added advantageous
- Prior experience in managing payroll will be an added advantageous
- Familiar with Employment Act, local laws and regulations
