Requirements:
o Singaporean and bilingual in English and Mandarin as need to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.
o Degree or Diploma in HR with at least 2-3 years job experience
o Familiar with labour laws, MOM regulations and guidelines
o Knowledge in workpass application/ renewal and cancellation
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o Able to work independently as well as a team
o Conversant in MS Office application
o Experience in doing Payroll, HR and Leave Management System will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions in areas includes
o recruitment,
o compensation and benefits,
o performance and talent management,
o training and development and etc
o Provide advisory and review on HR Policies and Procedures
o Handle manpower planning, employee welfare and engagement
o Handle staff feedback, communication and grievance
o Lead HR projects and programme
o Work closely with top management as business partner and
o provide support to Head of Departments
o Committed to continuously improve the HR process within the organisation with the aim to increase productivity and efficiency
