- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities
- Investigating and resolving compliance issues and violations
- Training employees on compliance policies and procedures
- Preparing reports for senior management and regulatory agencies
- Data Privacy & PDPA
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 6 years of compliance experience in insurance or related industry.
- Diploma in ICA or professional Compliance certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience in regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.
- Analytical and good with data with strong problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated and independent individual.
- Must be proficient in MS Office and applications.
