During this period, candidates will be evaluated on their engagement metrics rather than strictly on sales results

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide Tailored Wealth Solutions: Help clients achieve their financial goals by offering bespoke Bancassurance, Investment Funds, and other financial productsComprehensive Product Solutions: Offer a range of products including Life and Endowment Insurance, Investment-Linked Policies, Savings Plans, Annuities, Retirement Plans, and Investment Funds (Mutual Funds, Index Funds, or Unit Trusts)
  • Maximize Every Sales Opportunity: Leverage Branch walk-ins, assigned clients, and extensive lead database to close sales
  • Conduct In-Depth Consultations: Assess client profiles, financial needs, risk tolerance, and goals to offer personalised advice
  • Leverage Advanced Business Support: Collaborate with Product Management, Investment Advisory, and other teams. Use the bank’s cutting-edge digital tools to enhance your services
  • Ensure Full Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum Local Diploma, or any Degree (per Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations)

  • Sales-Driven & Hungry for Success: Ambitious, Income-Driven, and Motivated by Career Advancement
  • Willing to Hustle: 5.5-day work week (weekday office hours + Saturday mornings), with flexibility to meet clients outside regular hours
