We are a market-leading supplier of equipment and systems for both the plastics processing and manufacturing industries. Overview
The Head of Central Services is responsible for the overall strategic, financial, and operational leadership of the company. With a main focus on Operations and finance, he/she will ensure that the company achieves its financial goals, maintains operational excellence, and adheres to the highest standards of corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management
- Ensure effective implementation of operational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Strong focus on Inventory managing for products and spare parts.
- Guide and implement sales KPI’s and formulate strategies to ensure sustainable and profitable growth of the business operation in motan SEA.
- Financial Management
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
- Manage the company’s capital structure, investment strategies, and financial risk management.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan with a strong emphasis on financial performance.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics to ensure long-term growth and market development together with the Sales Managers Motan SEA.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Ensure appropriate training and development programs are in place to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Corporate Governance
- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Promote high standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in senior management roles, with significant exposure to financial management and sales of industrial solutions in the B2B environment.
- Skills:
- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of corporate finance, financial planning, and analysis.
- Proven track record in managing small/ medium size company (CFO, Country head, or Director Profit Center) in the industrial sector.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English skills in speaking and writing.
