This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with expertise in both ocean freight who are ready to take on a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage shipments by working closely with clients, agents, and overseas offices.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the entire shipping process, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
- Monitor shipment progress, proactively guide clients, and provide regular updates on their cargo.
- Handle and resolve any client issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations specialists to ensure high-performance standards and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in ocean freight operations.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of import/export processes and industry regulations.
