Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm and friendly service to all guests.
- Promptly address customer requests and maintain supply levels.
- Keep the service area up to standards.
- Handle complaints or escalate them as needed.
- Provide general food and beverage service.
- Assist with food prep and maintain food safety.
- Keep dining and kitchen areas clean, manage stock.
Requirements:
- Professional certification in F&B or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in a food service environment.
- Customer-focused, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
