Responsibilities
- All aspect of Civil Engineering Work
- Planning, work scheduling and reporting of site progress
- Liaise with consultants and clients ensuring that the work is carried out smoothly in accordance with the specifications.
- Coordinating and supervising structure team ensuring compliance and timely completion of the structure works
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers that their works are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Prepare and submit documentation, i.e. EOT, schedule of the works, progress reports, method statement, etc.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Min. 10 years local experience in building residential landed projects in Singapore
- Knowledge of MS Projects, Office, AutoCAD and other softwares
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
