- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and production capacity.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan raw materials requirement for production.
- Collaborate with procurement team to identify and procure materials required for production in a timely manner, while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
- Communicate production schedules, priorities, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports and updates on production performance, inventory levels, and adherence to schedules to management team.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business/Manufacturing/Production Management or equivalent
- Proven experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling, or operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
